This girl is KotaKoti or Dakota Rose, she is 16 years old, she grabbed the attention of people because she looks like the known barbie. And because of this similarity, she made a blog of her. In her blog she but some photos of her and some videos and this blog granered a lot of attention, specially from Japan and China, as she doesn't seem to be as popular on western websites still now but soon she might be.
You might get confused in some photos to figure out if she is a human or just a toy.
